Order Fulfillment · Warehouse Operating System

Two ways iShipTo works for you.

Hand off your e-commerce fulfillment to our warehouse, or run your own 3PL on the same software we built for ours. Both pitches, same operational excellence.

E-commerce Fulfillment

Receive your inventory, pick and pack outbound orders, hand off to the carrier. Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart — we ship to wherever your customers are.

Inventory Management

See your on-hand quantities live in a portal under our brand. Submit POs for incoming shipments. Know what arrived, what was damaged, what's still on the dock.

FBA Prep & B2B Shipments

Upload your FBA box labels or carrier label PDFs. We FNSKU, poly-bag, bundle, claim, pack, ship, and post tracking back to your portal — same day if it's in by 11.

For e-commerce sellers

Overwhelmed with fulfillment?
We’re ready to take it off your hands.

If you’re scaling past your garage, splitting your day between packing tape and customer support, or watching your Amazon defect fees climb because something keeps getting prepped wrong — talk to us. Our warehouse runs on the same software described below, so what you see in your portal is what’s actually on the shelf.

  • Real-time visibility into every unit you own — by SKU, by location, by condition.
  • Damage photos and discrepancy reports emailed the moment a PO is closed.
  • Carrier label upload from your Seller Central, our staff applies and ships.
  • Sales-tax-friendly California warehouse. US-domestic Phase 1.

For warehouse operators

Run your warehouse, not your spreadsheets.

iShipTo is a multi-tenant SaaS. Every 3PL or prep center on the platform gets its own isolated workspace — your sellers, your products, your rate cards, your brand. Other operators on the platform never see one row of your data.

Why now

The 3PL market just had its rules rewritten.

Jan 1, 2026

Amazon ended in-house FBA prep services. Every seller who used that service is now looking for a 3PL prep partner — opportunity for warehouses, urgency for sellers.

5–25×

Amazon's 2026 defect fees jumped from $0.02–0.07/unit to $0.32–1.74/unit. Professional prep is no longer optional.

$1.41B

Global 3PL software market in 2026 at 7.8% CAGR. The SMB-prep niche is wide open — incumbents priced for the enterprise.

About iShipTo

Built on a warehouse floor. Sold to the warehouses that’ll never call us.

iShipTo started as a single fulfillment warehouse in California. We built the software because nothing on the market handled the actual day-to-day of an SMB 3PL — receiving with damage capture, real-time multi-client inventory, outbound with seller-uploaded labels — without a per-client fee that punished growth.

Today we run both: a fulfillment service for e-commerce sellers, and a multi-tenant SaaS so other 3PLs can run on the same system. Same codebase, same uptime SLA, same operational discipline.

US-domestic Phase 1. Headquartered in California.
