How do I get started with iShipTo fulfillment?

Tell us your monthly unit volume, product mix, and which marketplaces you sell on (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, DTC). We will send back a rate card sized to you within one business day and provision a portal under your name.

Question 2

What's the turnaround time on outbound orders?

Accepted Answer

Standard: same-day if the order is submitted by 11 AM Pacific, otherwise next business day. Rush is available for FBA SPD shipments with a per-shipment surcharge. The portal shows expected ship dates on every order so there is no guessing.

Which marketplaces and carriers do you support?

Accepted Answer

Marketplaces: Amazon (FBA and DTC), Shopify, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, plus DTC orders from any platform. Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, plus FBA partnered carriers. Multi-carrier rate-shopping arrives in Phase 2 via EasyPost.

How do returns work?

We accept returns to our California warehouse, inspect them on receipt, and put restockable units back in your live inventory. Damaged returns are photographed and quarantined for your disposition. There is a per-return inspection fee on your rate card — usually well below the cost of an unhappy customer.

I run a 3PL. What does Day 1 look like on the SaaS?

Sign up, pick a slug for your workspace, upload your logo, and you are in. Add your warehouse locations, invite your clients by email, bulk import their SKUs via CSV, and you are operating. A pre-seeded Acme Prep Center demo tenant is included so you can click through every workflow before loading real data.

Can I run more than one warehouse on iShipTo?

Day 1 supports a single warehouse per tenant. Multi-warehouse rolls out in Phase 2 with first-class warehouse selection on every form and the inventory schema retrofitted with warehouse_id. Existing data will migrate without re-entry.

Question 7

Is the client portal white-labeled to my brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients log in to a portal showing your logo, your color, your company name. The word iShipTo never appears in chrome they see. White-label custom domains (clients.yourbrand.com) arrive in Phase 2; Day 1 uses path-based routing under our domain with your brand assets.

What's the trial mechanic?

Sign up at /signup and choose your plan. We charge a one-time $1.99 to verify your card — then you get 90 days of full feature access. The Acme Prep Center demo tenant is seeded automatically with 50 products, 3 clients, 5 historical POs, and a default rate card so you can demo internally or to a prospect. On day 91 we auto-convert to your chosen plan; cancel any time before then and we never bill you again.

What's the Founding Operator Program?

We're onboarding the first 50 warehouse operators on founder terms: the $1.99 / 3-month trial, lifetime price-lock at today's monthly rate (no hikes when Phase 2 features ship), direct roadmap input, founding-cohort Slack, and first access to new integrations. After we hit 50, standard pricing applies and Phase 2 add-ons may carry a surcharge.

When does Amazon SP-API integration land?

Amazon developer approval takes 1–4 weeks. We file the application on Day 0 of your onboarding so the integration is ready when you scale into FBA shipment-plan creation and label fetching. Day 1 supports manual outbound order entry with seller-uploaded label PDFs, which covers the FBA workflow without SP-API.

Is my workspace's data isolated from other operators?

Yes. Every record is stamped with a workspace ID and isolation is enforced at the database on every single query — not in application code. Workspace scope is set from the verified session, never from a request body or URL. Cross-workspace probes run on every release. Operators on iShipTo never see a single row of another operator's data.

Where are files (PDFs, photos, logos) stored?

All uploaded files — shipping labels, damage photos, tenant logos — live in secure, workspace-scoped object storage. Every upload and download is mediated by our backend with signed, short-lived URLs; nothing is publicly listable. Costs stay flat regardless of how often labels are re-opened during pack time.

What about uptime, backups, and SOC 2?

Target SLA: 99.9% uptime on paid tiers. Database backups: daily snapshots plus point-in-time recovery with 7-day retention. Application deploys are zero-downtime. SOC 2 Type I is a design goal — we built audit-logged inventory mutations, role-based access control, and workspace isolation from Day 0; formal audit is on the Phase 3 roadmap.

How does iShipTo SaaS billing work for operators?

Three flat tiers: Starter $59/mo (1 warehouse, up to 3 clients, 5K units/mo), Growth $179/mo (10 clients, 25K units), Pro $349/mo (multi-warehouse when Phase 2 ships, unlimited clients, 100K units). No per-client fees. Billed monthly via Stripe. New signups get a $1.99 paid trial for the first 90 days (full feature access, auto-converts on day 91). Annual prepay gets 2 months free: $590 / $1,790 / $3,490 per year.

When do fulfillment invoices land for sellers?

Monthly. We bill on the first of the month for the prior month's activity: per-unit prep services performed, per-pallet-day storage, and per-shipment outbound handling. Itemized invoice PDF lands in your portal and email; pay via Stripe link, ACH, or wire.
