Services

Order fulfillment, done right.

A California-based 3PL built for e-commerce sellers who outgrew their garage. We receive, store, pick, pack, prep, label, and ship — all on the same software we sell to other warehouses, so what you see in your portal is what's actually on the shelf.

What we do

Three services, one warehouse, one source of truth.

Most 3PLs offer fulfillment, then bolt on prep and inventory visibility as afterthoughts. iShipTo was built the other way around — the inventory system came first, and every service runs on top of it. That means your dashboard reflects real shelf state, not yesterday’s spreadsheet export.

E-commerce Fulfillment

DTC, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Amazon SFP. We pick, pack, and ship every order with the carrier and service level you choose. Same-day cutoff at 11 AM Pacific.

Inventory Management

Per-SKU on-hand qty live in your portal. New / damaged / quarantine conditions tracked separately. Discrepancy photos and a closing email on every PO.

FBA Prep & B2B

FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap, bundling, kitting. We handle the prep Amazon stopped doing on Jan 1, 2026 — and your defect-fee exposure goes with it.

How it works

From signed rate card to first ship-out in under a week.

We don’t do 90-day implementations. You sign the rate card Monday, we open your portal Tuesday, your first PO lands Wednesday.

  1. 01

    Onboard

Tell us your SKU mix, monthly volume, and channels. We send a rate card sized to you, spin up your inventory portal, and assign you an account contact.

  2. 02

    Send Inventory

Ship to our California facility. We receive each PO on the tablet floor, photo-document damage, and email you a closing summary the moment the session ends.

  3. 03

    Submit Orders

Place Quick Orders or upload FBA / carrier label PDFs through your portal. Live inventory updates in real time as orders are claimed.

  4. 04

    We Ship

Pick, pack, label, hand off. Tracking numbers post back to your portal — same day if your order is in by 11 AM Pacific.

Tell us your monthly volume and product mix. We’ll come back with a per-unit breakdown — no enterprise quote-evasion games.
