About iShipTo
Built on a warehouse floor.
Most warehouse software was designed by people who'd never closed a receiving session at 6 PM on a Friday with a discrepancy. iShipTo wasn't.
Our story
We started as a single California fulfillment warehouse.
iShipTo began as a small 3PL serving e-commerce sellers in California. We did what every SMB 3PL does at the start — picked, packed, shipped, and tried to manage inventory across half a dozen Excel spreadsheets and a janky off-the-shelf WMS that charged us per client.
Every product we looked at had the same problem: pricing was built for the enterprise. ShipHero at $2,145/month before a single client surcharge. Extensiv at $599 plus $50 per client. ScanPower at $199 plus $10 per client per month. The math actively punished the thing every small 3PL is trying to do — add more clients.
So we built our own software. The first version ran on a single cracked Lenovo tablet in a corner of the receiving area. It worked. The receiving operator stopped writing variance notes on paper. The discrepancy emails went out the moment a session closed. Our sellers stopped calling to ask “did you guys get my shipment yet?”
Other warehouses noticed. They asked if they could buy it. We said no for a while — we were a fulfillment company, not a software company. Then we said yes, and rebuilt it as a proper multi-tenant SaaS with workspace isolation, billing, and the operational discipline a B2B software product needs.
Today iShipTo runs both: our own fulfillment service for e-commerce sellers, and a SaaS platform that other 3PLs and FBA prep centers use to run their warehouses. Same codebase. Same uptime. Same insistence that the number in the portal matches the number on the shelf.
Mission
Make professional 3PL software affordable for the warehouses that don’t have a six-figure IT budget.
The SMB 3PL niche has been priced out of good software for a decade. Either you paid enterprise rates for a product designed for a different scale, or you stitched together QuickBooks and Google Sheets and prayed nothing fell off the shelf. We’re building the product that should have existed all along.
Where we are
California, USA. US-domestic Phase 1.
Our fulfillment warehouse is in California — sales-tax-friendly, same-day reach to most of the West Coast, two-day ground to Texas and the Pacific Northwest. The platform itself runs on modern cloud infrastructure across multiple US regions, with the primary database hosted in US-East. SOC 2 stance: roadmapped for late 2026.
Phase 2 expands to a second warehouse, full Amazon SP-API integration, and EasyPost-backed multi-carrier rate shop.

What we believe
Five non-negotiables.
These aren’t marketing slogans. They’re the design constraints we hold every feature against. If a feature would break one of these, we don’t ship it.
Data isolation isn’t a feature, it’s a foundation
Every record scoped to your workspace at the database level, enforced server-side on every query. Never a checkbox in the admin UI, never an application-layer filter that someone might forget to apply.
Operator-friendly pricing
$1.99 for 3 months to try, then $59–$349/mo flat. No per-client fees. No per-seat fees. No per-channel fees. The cost of running your business should drop, not rise, every time you land a new client.
Tablet-first UX
Designed for a thumb on a 10" tablet at chest height, not a mouse on a desktop. The receiving operator on the dock is our first user — everyone else uses the same code.
Transparent rate cards
Per-unit, per-cubic-foot, per-carton. No hidden fees. No mystery line items on the invoice. If you can’t tell from your rate card exactly why this month’s bill is what it is, we’ve failed.
Operator and seller see the same truth
When a packer scans a unit, your seller’s portal updates in the same database transaction. No nightly batch. No reconciliation tax. The number on their screen is the number on our shelf.
